My nephew told me about this band after he found the song "scapegoat" on the soundtrack for Wreck-it Ralph 2. Now every time he visits we like to listen to nails together on my alexa.

All Else Failed stayed in my dorm when on tour. I asked what bands stood out to them so far. They told me about this band called Gaza with a really tall frontman. Two years later, Gaza adds me on MySpace. "Sire" was the first track of their's I'd ever heard. Still my favorite. My band played a show with them in September (I think) then they stayed at our place. This album came out maybe 2 months later. Got it when it came out. My copy is absolutely beaten to shit but I'm never getting rid of it. Such an interesting time. Between these guys, Thou, Car Bomb, Capsule and Trap Them. Gaza would change tunings mid-song live. Luke had the words "fuck your hair" taped across his 4x12.

Una pena enterarme en 2024 que no están tocando y que el chico de la mandolina ya no esta en este plano terrenal, los conseguí de casualidad, me gustó cada uno de sus temas, sin duda las bandas folk y sobretodo con esta tendencia son verdaderamente innovadoras, aguante! BESTIARIO! Por siempre Fausto no te conocí pero que bien que nos dejaste tu arte y te juntaste con otros genios para el disfruté de todos, que bueno muchachos!!!! Deberían volver al ruedo!!! Y si lo están haganlo saber!!!!

Had no idea Albini worked on this until yesterday. Listening back now, though, and it makes complete sense. If there was anyone capable of bringing the energy of their live shows into the studio, it was him. RIP to a legend.
